This paper introduces two interrelated conceptual principles — the <b>Law of Recursive Horizons</b> and the <b>Hyper-Universe Law</b> — as frameworks for understanding cycles of paradox and singularity in cosmological and metaphysical evolution. We propose that paradoxes signify the breakdown of prevailing logic, leading to singularities that establish new frameworks of coherence. This recursive process generates an infinite ladder of horizons, each birthing new paradoxes as consciousness and reality evolve. The Hyper-Universe Law situates these dynamics within a hexagonal meta-structure connecting six fundamental planes of existence, unified by a central nucleus and axis. This synthesis offers potential insights into cosmology, philosophy of mind, and narrative structures in speculative fiction.
