Mapping the evidence on scuba diving accidents. A Scoping Review Protocol

This scoping review protocol aims to map and synthesize the available evidence on the methodological approaches used in studies related to diving accidents. The review will consider different observational studies, descriptions of underwater rescue protocols and methodological analyses on risk factors, management and prevention of such accidents. The study will follow the JBI guidelines for knowledge synthesis. This review is part of a doctoral thesis in the field of hyperbaric and underwater medicine.
