Quantum-Enzyme Interaction Model Based on Energy-Dependent Catalytic Coupling

This paper introduces a novel biochemical model in which the interaction between enzymes and substrates is governed by an energy-responsive mechanism. This model, expressed as Effect = ΔE* × Catalyst, reinterprets catalytic efficiency not as a mere reduction of activation energy, but as a product of dynamic quantum energy transitions and catalyst adaptability. Through both direct numerical analysis and indirect support from quantum enzymology literature, we demonstrate that the model accurately predicts biochemical reaction outputs across different substrate types. The result supports the existence of quantum-level bidirectional energy influence in enzyme behavior, suggesting a new path for enzyme mechanism research. The author acknowledges the use of OpenAI’s language model for assistance in drafting certain sections of this work.
