ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPONEN USABILITY NIELSEN PADA APLIKASI TAHU SUMEDANG DENGAN PENDEKATAN PLS-SEM.pdf

This analysis evaluates the impact of usability components on the Tahu Sumedang public service application. Based on survey data from 68 users and analyzed using PLS-SEM, the results show that memorability, error handling, and learnability significantly influence usability. The model demonstrates strong predictive power with an R² of 84.5%.
