Individual contractual enforcement

The author considers the phenomenon of individual-contractual law enforcement - a special legal process in which subjects of law through the contract specify and individualize legal norms in relation to specific legal relations. The relevance is due to Russia's transition to a market economy, the growing role of contractual regulation and self-regulation. The aim is to identify the essence and specificity of individual-contractual law enforcement, to determine its place in the mechanism of legal regulation, structure, stages and criteria of effectiveness. This is one of the first comprehensive studies of this institution at the general theoretical level.<br>
