Sapawarga is software used to meet citizen needs for various services, from public information and mail delivery to public complaints. This study aims to analyze the influence of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction on usability. We implemented a usability test using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and bootstrapping to test the significance of the relationships between variables. This study collected primary data from questionnaires distributed to 71 respondents. From the structural analysis, only the satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on usability, with a p-value of 0.001. The results confirm that user satisfaction is the primary factor influencing system usability in the Sapawarga application.
