THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF COOPERATIVE GAME THEORY
This academic work explores cooperative game theory as a framework for analyzing strategic interactions where players collaborate to achieve shared goals. It presents theoretical foundations such as dominant strategies, mixed strategy equilibria, sequential games, and credible commitments. Through decision trees, matrices, and numerical examples, it examines rational behavior under perfect and bounded rationality. The applications include public-private alliances, temporary unions, consortia, and economic clusters aimed at optimizing collective outcomes in public procurement and regional development. Keywords:
Cooperative Games, Strategic Interaction, Rationality, Public Procurement, Clusters
