Informational Phase Space Cosmology (IPSC): A Unified Framework for Information-Theoretic Foundations of Spacetime
Informational Phase Space Cosmology (IPSC) introduces a novel framework for understanding the cosmos through the integration of quantum information theory, advanced phase-space geometry, and topological structures. This paper presents IPSC as a unified cosmological model where spacetime, gravitational effects, and quantum phenomena emerge fundamentally from informational interactions within a higher-dimensional informational manifold. Central to IPSC are innovations such as informational dimensionality, Pauli matrix correlators generating spacetime curvature, informational vorticity producing rotating cosmological solutions, and topological memory sectors analogous to neural networks encoding cosmic history. We rigorously outline how these mechanisms offer coherent resolutions to outstanding cosmological puzzles, including the cosmological constant problem, dark energy, and the Hubble tension. IPSC makes explicit, testable predictions about observational signatures in cosmic microwave background patterns, gravitational wave polarization, and quantum simulator experiments. By providing mathematical rigor alongside philosophical depth, IPSC not only advances cosmological theory but also opens new experimental pathways to investigate the informational foundations of reality.
