Enhanced Targeted Drug Delivery via Adaptive Microfluidic Diffusion Cells with Real-Time Image-Guided Feedback (ADMD-RIT)

**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel system, Adaptive Microfluidic Diffusion Cells with Real-Time Image-Guided Feedback (ADMD-RIT), for significantly enhanced targeted drug delivery in theranostic applications. Leveraging advancements in microfluidics, computer vision, and reinforcement learning, ADMD-RIT dynamically adjusts drug diffusion gradients based on real-time cellular uptake imaging, optimizing therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target effects. This system demonstrates a potential 10x improvement in targeted drug concentration within tumor cells compared to conventional diffusion-based delivery methods, heralding a new era of personalized and precise cancer therapies. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
