<b>Analisis Usability Aplikasi Bibit Menggunakan Metode Kuantatif Kuesioner</b>

This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the Bibit investment application in Indonesia using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 3. A total of 65 responses were collected from both active and previous users of the Bibit application.The usability questionnaire was developed based on five constructs proposed by Nielsen: learnability, efficiency, memorability, error handling, and satisfaction. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all constructs were statistically sound. The hypothesis testing revealed that efficiency and memorability significantly influence users’ perceptions of the application's usability.This research is expected to provide valuable insights for developers of financial technology platforms to improve user experience through efficient, easy-to-use, and memorable interfaces.
