Enhanced Electrochemical Stability Prediction via Multi-Scale Graph Neural Network and Bayesian Calibration (ESG-BN)

**Abstract:** Current electrochemical stability window (ESW) prediction methodologies struggle to accurately capture the complex interplay of material properties and environmental factors influencing battery degradation. The ESG-BN framework introduces a novel approach utilizing a multi-scale graph neural network (MGNN) trained on a comprehensive electrochemical database alongside a Bayesian calibration mechanism to robustly forecast ESW. This framework dynamically integrates material properties, electrolyte composition, operating conditions, and intermediate degradation products, yielding highly accurate and interpretable stability assessments with potential for rapid screening of novel electrolyte formulations and electrode materials, impacting the development of high-performance, durable energy storage devices. Projected commercial impact includes accelerated battery development cycles (estimated 30% reduction) and tailored electrolyte design, leading to a market valuation of $5-10 billion within 5 years. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
