Images and raw measurements data for FiBar paper

Synthetic fiber images and real scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of electrospun fibers. The synthetic fibers were generated in Python with Numpy and OpenCV. The SEM (Zeiss EVO MA, Germany) images (768x1024 size) are courtesy of the Pharmaceutical Research and Development Laboratory at the Institute of Pharmacy (University of Tartu). The fibers were made from Gelatin type A from (Gel) and anhydrous d-(+)-glucose (Gel-Glu) [Lorenz et al., 2023] as well as fibers made of polycaprolactone (PCL), polyethyleneoxide (PEO) and chloramphenicol (CAM) [Preem et al., 2017]. The supplementary file includes data tables from different experiments in the paper.
