Dialectical materialistic worldview and approaches to geographic education: its contribution to the integral formation of different generations.
This paper explores the relevance of the dialectical materialist worldview (CMMD) as an epistemological basis for geographic education in Cuba, highlighting its contribution to the integral formation of different generations. It analyzes how the CMMD, with its emphasis on interconnectedness, change and the contradictory character of reality, can enrich pedagogical approaches in geography, promoting a deep understanding of society-nature relations, socioeconomic development and critical consciousness. The study argues that CMMD, when applied effectively, enhances complex thinking and social responsibility in students, preparing them to face the challenges of the contemporary world.
