Defining success: a coach's perspective

The Australian Sports Commission (2022) has identified the value of developing a coaching landscape that aligns with the needs and requirements of coaches, as well as the evolution of the knowledge about effective coaching practices. Understanding how coaches define success is imperative for the informed and strategic development of coach education programs. This rapid review will provide insights into how coaches, globally, define success and identify factors that contribute to the development of these definitions.
