Experimental Validation of a Dynamic Temporal Fifth Dimension through Gravitational Wave Phase Analysis

This paper proposes and preliminarily validates a novel model in which a dynamic scalar field τ(t), governed by the differential equation d²τ/dt² − τ = 0, represents a temporal fifth dimension. Using publicly available gravitational wave data from the LIGO Hanford detector, we demonstrate numerical consistency between the model’s solution τ(t) = Ae^t + Be^(-t) and empirical signal features, including amplitude modulation, phase progression, and spectral structure. The analysis constitutes a potential first data-driven confirmation of a dynamic temporal extra dimension, motivating further exploration within higher-dimensional gravitational theories. The author acknowledges the use of OpenAI’s language model for assistance in drafting certain sections of this work.
