Usability, Accessibility and User Experience Evaluation of [blind to review] by HCI Experts
Educational technologies have been important in supporting the teaching and learning process. In this context, the [blind to review] virtual assistant was designed to recommend block programming tools for teachers. The assistant has a set of questions that address aspects such as support material, language, subject, among other relevant factors. These questions aim to facilitate the suggestion of the block programming tools that are most appropriate to the context of each subject and teacher. The effectiveness, intuitiveness and inclusiveness of this virtual assistant depends on criteria such as usability, accessibility and user experience. Therefore, this paper presents an evaluation of the [blind to review] virtual assistant by ten Human-Computer Interaction experts, who sought to identify improvements and promote more efficient and satisfactory interactions for this assistant. As a result, problems such as design inconsistencies, lack of responsiveness on mobile devices, difficulties in navigation, and accessibility barriers, such as the absence of captions in videos and contrast adjustment options, were identified. These findings enable improvements to ensure that [blind to review] is effective, inclusive and generates a good experience for your user,
