The way out of the crisis - Project for the development of Montenegro on the basis of an Ecological State

In 1990, the project of the "First Ecological State" was presented to the Montenegrin media, the President and the Government of Montenegro. The essence of this project, developed by the Montenegrin physicist Dragan Hajdukovic, was the vision of Montenegro as a global pilot project and an example of the first sustainably organised human society on Earth. Soon after, the project was popularised in the booklet "The way out of the crisis - Project for the development of Montenegro on the basis of an Ecological State" (in Serbo-Croatian: Put izlaska iz krize - Projekat razvoja Crne Gore na osnovama Ekoloske drzave).
