BrCN-Virome

We collected 2,535 organ and 274 blood samples from 466 healthy and 50 dead wild boars across 127 locations in 26 provincial regions of China. These samples were subjected to a combination of RNA and DNA viromic analyses, which resulted in a data set of 9,281 viral metagenomes. This data set provides an important knowledge base for understanding the virus diversity harbored by wild boars.
