Computational modeling of light processing in the habenula and dorsal raphe based on laser ablation of functionally-defined cells

Two photon calcium imaging of the habenula of larval zebrafish in response to pulses of blue light. Fish 104 - 111 and Fish 116 were analyzed for Figure 1.
For figure 2, Fish 525, 528 and 529 were used for dHb lesioning; Fish 754, 755, 783 and 784 were used for vHb OFF lesioning. Fish 432, 482, 495 and 497 were used for vHb ON lesioning.
Fish express GCaMP6f under the elavl3 promoter.

Abstract

Two photon calcium imaging of the habenula of larval zebrafish in response to pulses of blue light. Fish 104 - 111 and Fish 116 were analyzed for Figure 1.
For figure 2, Fish 525, 528 and 529 were used for dHb lesioning; Fish 754, 755, 783 and 784 were used for vHb OFF lesioning. Fish 432, 482, 495 and 497 were used for vHb ON lesioning.
Fish express GCaMP6f under the elavl3 promoter.
