Strange Fish or Strange Fruit: the Enduring Relevance of a 1930's Poem

This text was initially written as an introduction to the screening of Giulia Bertoluzzi's documentary Strange Fish, at Maldusa Palermo, a cultural association dedicated to the principle of freedom of movement.
