Sea surface temperature variation in South China Sea between the Last Glacial Maximum and the Holocene constrained by carbonate clumped isotope thermometry in foraminifera

This document contains traditional stable carbon and oxygen isotope ratios (δ13C, δ18O), clumped isotope ratio (Δ47), Mg/Ca ratios and diatom data from a sediment core recovered from the northern South China Sea. Also calibration data for clumped isotopic measurements, results of standards measured along with the samples and ecological preferences of the major diatom taxa are presented in this document.

Abstract

This document contains traditional stable carbon and oxygen isotope ratios (δ13C, δ18O), clumped isotope ratio (Δ47), Mg/Ca ratios and diatom data from a sediment core recovered from the northern South China Sea. Also calibration data for clumped isotopic measurements, results of standards measured along with the samples and ecological preferences of the major diatom taxa are presented in this document.
