Load Balancer: Health Check Filter (HCF)

AbstractEfficient load balancing is essential for maintaining cloud service availability. This studyintroduces a heap-based Health Check Filter (HCF) designed to mitigate the limitations ofstandard distribution algorithms by prioritizing backend health. Additionally, we present anarchitecture for coordinating Request and Resource Auto-Scalers, demonstrating a methodfor indirect state synchronization to ensure system stability under varying loads
