Investment Management in Ukraine in Conditions of Geopolitical Instability: Analysis of Risks and Opportunities

The purpose of this study is to identify key risks and prospects for the development of investment management in Ukraine in the context of the current geopolitical situation. The methodological basis was a combination of analytical review, SWOT analysis and interpretation of current data. It was established that the investment environment of Ukraine is formed at the intersection of high geopolitical risks and strategic opportunities. The key barriers to attracting investments remain military operations, instability of financial markets, low level of legal certainty and significant regulatory burdens. At the same time, attracting investments in IT, the defense complex, infrastructure initiatives and areas of sustainable development are promising. SWOT analysis confirmed the need for a systemic approach to investment management, which involves flexible adaptation to changes, balancing liquidity and efficiency, as well as rethinking strategic business guidelines taking into account global transformations.
