Data from a comparative analysis of the publication activity of scientists based on the derived metrics of the Russian Science Citation Index and the locality of citations: based on the socio-economic and humanitarian studies of authors affiliated wi

The paper presents the data of the first stage of a comparative study conducted using the derivative metrics of the RSCI and citation locality; the empirical base was the RSCI data on 52 most actively cited and published scientists of the Ryazan region (Russia) in the field of socio-economic and humanitarian sciences. The study was conducted using the methods of comparative analysis, systematization, bibliometric analysis and mathematical processing of data according to a planned algorithm in MS Excel spreadsheets. Comparison with citation locality indicators was carried out for a group of metrics associated with the author's Hirsch index: by publications in the RSCI, by publications in the RSCI excluding self-citations, by the RSCI core, by the RSCI core excluding self-citations, taking into account only articles in journals. The obtained data are visualized in tables.
