Quadruple-Valued Neutrosophic Offset for Maintenance Platforms Design Quality Evaluation of Digital Monitoring and Remote Operation in New Energy Power Generation Systems
As global energy systems shift towards renewable sources, the need for efficient, intelligent, and remotely operable maintenance platforms in new energy power generation systems has become increasingly urgent. This study evaluates the design quality of digital monitoring and remote operation platforms deployed in wind, solar, and hybrid energy facilities. By establishing a comprehensive set of eight evaluation criteria ranging from system reliability to predictive maintenance capabilities the study compares seven leading digital platforms. The evaluation incorporates technical performance, cybersecurity, user experience, and scalability to determine the most effective solutions. This study uses the Quadruple-Valued Neutrosophic Offset to evaluate alternatives and select the best one. We show some operations and definitions of Quadruple-Valued Neutrosophic Offset. Results highlight that platforms integrating AI-based diagnostics, real-time IoT connectivity, and robust remote accessibility rank highest in overall design quality. This research provides actionable insights for energy technology developers, plant operators, and policymakers seeking to optimize operations and reduce downtime in renewable energy infrastructure.
