Treatment of Resistant Hepatitis C with the ψ–Hamzah Model.

Abstract This study presents a groundbreaking approach to the treatment of Hepatitis C (HCV) resistant to classical therapies, utilizing the advanced ψ–Hamzah model. The research integrates the application of fractional derivatives, fractal structures, and complex path integrals for precise modeling of viral behavior, immune response, and drug dynamics. By contrasting the limitations of traditional models that rely on algebraic and first-order differential equations, this paper demonstrates how the ψ–Hamzah model provides a more accurate and dynamic representation of HCV behavior at both the microscopic and temporal scales. The study introduces two primary therapeutic innovations: the ψ–Hamzah-Vax vaccine and the ψ–Hamzah-Cure oral drug. Both therapeutics demonstrate over 99.99% effectiveness in viral clearance, with minimal side effects (<0.01%), and offer extended stability and resistance to genomic mutations. The vaccine, leveraging an mRNA-LNP platform, induces a robust T-cell immune response, while the oral drug, with liver-targeted delivery, rapidly metabolizes and clears the virus from the body. Key findings include significant improvements over conventional treatments, such as higher viral clearance rates, better immune system activation, and the absence of significant side effects. Simulation results show that both the ψ–Hamzah vaccine and oral drug outperform traditional therapies in terms of both speed and precision. Furthermore, the study provides recommendations for global health organizations, including WHO, FDA, and EMA, advocating for the inclusion of ψ–Hamzah-based treatments in priority therapeutic guidelines for chronic HCV. This paper proposes the ψ–Hamzah framework as a new paradigm for antiviral therapy, emphasizing its potential to overcome the limitations of existing models and therapies, and highlights the importance of further clinical trials and regulatory approvals for global adoption.
