CODES Framework Description: This paper proposes a unified model of health and ecological intelligence by linking soil microbiomes and human physiology through a shared substrate of structured resonance. It formalizes a coherence-first approach to detoxification, grounding fungal and bacterial behavior in phase alignment logic (PAS_bio), with direct analogues in fascia, mitochondria, and charge regulation systems. Drawing from systems biology, mycology, fascia science, and quantum field physiology, it offers a framework for biological remediation based on resonance, not chemical suppression. This work expands the VESSELSEED substrate logic (a biological counterpart to CODES and RIC) and lays groundwork for future diagnostics, habitat design, and signal-based healing protocols.
