Phase Lattice ๐(๐ข) from Riemann Zeros: Controlling Optical Paths via Internal Light Speed Modulation
We numerically verify a model in which the geometric phase sourced by the nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function modulates an internal effective light speed ceff, while the Structural Conservation/Information (SCI) framework translates such speed modulation into an internal time dilation. Using a baseline scenario with Riemann zeros (Scenario A: a = 0.25, ฯ = 2) and three controls (weak coupling, heavy smoothing, uniform lattice), we observe large and coherent modulation of ceff, perfect anticorrelation between ฯ and log ceff, and consistent internal-time dilation. The results support the thesis that geometric phase tunes local speed; SCI maps speed tuning into internal-time stretching, without altering the vacuum constant c.
