Comparative Analysis of Electric Bike Chassis Using Different Materials
The future of automotive industry is to design and develop electrical vehicles to control the emissions released from gaseous fuels and not to release any harmful gases into atmosphere. A chassis is a core structure of an electric bike, supporting all the components and providing the necessary strength, stability, and comfort for the rider. The greater capability to absorb the vibrations generated in the vehicle and maintain the amplitude of frequency in the acceptable range. Hence, materials properties of the chassis frame plays a vital role to with stand the loads acting on it and produce lower deformations against various types of loads acting on it. The values of equivalent von Mises stress and total deformation for all the materials are observed, after performing static Analysis. The best material which is considered for fabrication.
