EXPLOSIVE FORCE PARAMETERS IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Explosive force is one of the main physical qualities and its assessment tests also include components of sports and technical mastery. The aim of this study is to determine the role of technical components on the results of tests measuring explosive force in preschool children. Methodology: The biomechanical characteristics of the tests were analyzed: two-legged jump from a place at a height and length of 30 children from 3 to 7 years of age using a video-computer method, and the initial speed was assessed. The jump test was performed on a strain gauge platform. Results: The hard nature of the landing phase is characteristic of all children. Hence the idea to search for a methodology for improving this part of the motor task. Conclusion: In general, the dynamics of explosive force development show an uneven pace with a certain decrease in the gradient between the 5th and 6th year. Extremely high values of the coefficient of variation are established with respect to the initial take-off angle.
