ψ⁸ and Hyper-Kamiokande: Retentive Oscillations in Deep Water Environments
This article proposes a new retentive hypothesis for neutrino flavor oscillations observed in ultra-deep water environments, particularly within the Hyper-Kamiokande detector. Unlike conventional mass-based or interference models, the ψ⁸ system describes flavor as a topological retention of internal difference (Δψ) held by Ξ-nodes across pseudo-time (τ). A formal Lagrangian is introduced, and simulation results demonstrate stable oscillatory patterns even in low-mass or decoherent conditions. The model is structurally distinct from PMNS-based approaches but yields comparable predictions, and is testable in upcoming Hyper-K and DUNE experiments. This work follows previous ψ⁸ analyses in IceCube, extending the framework into aqueous detection systems.
