Spacetime Lattice Foundations: Reinterpreting Reality Through Vibrational Physics

Abstract The spacetime lattice framework proposes a model to understand the universe's foundations. The notion of spacetime particles (SPs) underpin the core of the framework. They are constituents of the spacetime fabric and arranged in a lattice pattern, like atomic arrangements in crystalline materials. Each SP possesses intrinsic vibrations, which act as the most fundamental temporal clock. A full oscillation of an SP’s vibration corresponds to an indivisible unit of time. These vibrations cause what is termed the Intrinsic Vibrational Energy (IVE) field. Particles are portrayed as unique vibrational patterns, or solitons. These vibrational signatures exist at lattice points that are akin to lattice contact points. Particles affect and are affected by the underlying IVE field. Fundamental forces such as gravity, electromagnetism, and the nuclear forces emerge from interactions between particle wave packets and with the IVE field. Various physical phenomena ultimately emerge from spacetime lattice dynamics. Gravitation is deciphered as perturbations in the base state IVE field, which leads to a gradient that influences particle movement. This also leads to an intuitive understanding of black holes, which are seen as regions of intense vibrations to the point of particles losing their vibrational identity. The universe’s expansion emerges from the drift of SPs caused by their intrinsic vibrations and their construction from the “Void”. The Void is the background in which the spacetime lattice exists. The framework attempts to offer its own account of some known physics, whilst exploring the unknown. Future studies in the direction of the spacetime lattice might bridge gaps in our current understanding and uncover new realms of physical reality. This paper also serves as an invitation for further exploration in its direction.
