Autonomous Self-Assembly of Graphene-Boron Nitride Hybrid Nanocomposites for Enhanced Dielectric Constant and Thermal Conductivity in Microelectronic Applications

**Abstract:** This research proposes a novel methodology for the autonomous self-assembly of graphene-boron nitride (GBN) hybrid nanocomposites using directed acoustic streaming and surface functionalization techniques. Leveraging established principles of acoustic cavitation and chemical adsorption, the method enables precise control over GBN heterostructure formation, resulting in materials exhibiting significantly enhanced dielectric constant and thermal conductivity compared to conventional nanocomposites. This advancement holds substantial promise for the development of high-performance microelectronic components and thermal management solutions, addressing critical limitations in existing technologies. The framework details a multi-layered evaluation pipeline for validating synthesis, performance characteristics and feature classification.
