EDUCATIONAL APPROACHES AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING HIGHER AND APPLIED MATHEMATICS TO STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL SPE-CIALTIES
Abstract The mathematical component is a key element of the fundamental component of the professional training of engineering students. The work examines modern problems of teaching higher and applied mathematics to students of technical specialties. Ways to solve these problems are also explored using innovative technologies in teaching higher and applied mathematics. The approach to the training of future engineers in mathematical disciplines needs a significant overhaul in order to introduce new effective forms and methods of training, the latest methods and information and communication technologies into the educational process. Since a modern specialist must possess knowledge in the field of application of information technology tools in his future professional activity, the use of computer mathematical systems is a practical means of providing conditions for the search process, which allows expanding not only mathematical practice, but also is a convenient tool for studying professional cycle discipline. The article describes various types of software that can be used in teaching mathematics and provides examples of their application. The impact of the use of visualization and interactive methods on the educational achievements of future specialists is studied. It is noted that the use of innovative technologies in the teaching of mathematics can improve the performance of students and make the study of mathematics more interesting and understandable.
