Harmonic Scale Framework-Dark Matter in Galaxies
The Harmonic Scale Framework (HSF) is an architectural, scale-ordering hypothesis that augments standard astrophysical modeling without altering the Standard Model (SM) or General Relativity (GR). This work summarizes the core HSF structure and examines its relationship to galactic rotation curves, where dark matter is the dominant dynamical component. We show how standard gravity + dark matter halo models set the baseline velocity field in galaxies, and outline how HSF can be applied to residual structure after baseline fits. Example galaxies and aggregated survey results are used to illustrate typical error ranges.
