A Research on Sustainable Environmental Awareness of University Students: The Case of Selcuk University

The resources on earth are not sufficient to meet the demands of people. Insufficient resources include many problems such as effective and efficient use, fair sharing, transmission to future generations. Individuals, states, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, international companies are engaged in important activities regarding the use of economic resources. They carry out activities aimed at raising awareness on issues such as adequate production, consumption sufficient for the needs, efficient and effective resource use, increasing recycling, less pollution. Environmental awareness is a very important issue that should be given and reinforced in the family, at school, in the environment, in working life.
