Energy Management System Based on Charge and Discharge in Electric Vehicle Applications

An electric vehicle charge-dischargemanagement framework for the effectiveUtilization of photovoltaic (PV) outputthrough coordination based on informationchange between home energy managementsystem (HEMS) and grid energy managementsystem (GEMS).The HEMS controls the EV chargedischarge according to the demined plan and realtime monitored data, which is utilized formitigating the negative effect caused by forecasterrors of power profiles. The hardware results showthe effectiveness of our proposed Framework fromthe view point of reduction of the residentialoperation cost and PV curtailment.
