Predictive and prognostic value of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in triple-negative breast cancer: insights from a Vietnamese cohort
This poster was presented at the Global Breast Cancer Conference (GBCC) 2025, held in Seoul, South Korea, from April 17 to 19, 2025. It highlights findings from a real-world cohort study conducted in Vietnam on the predictive and prognostic value of pretreatment tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The study identified a TILs cut-off value of 15% that was strongly associated with pathological complete response (pCR) and event-free survival (EFS). The findings provide practical implications for patient stratification and treatment optimization in TNBC.
