BIOCLIMATIC DESIGN AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY AS KEY VECTORS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
Abstract The article discusses the principles of bioclimatic design of industrial facilities in the context of energy efficiency and adaptability to climate change. The influence of architectural and planning solutions, orientation of volumes, insolation, ventilation, and thermal inertia on reducing energy consumption is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to integrating natural factors and digital tools (BIM, Scan-to-BIM, microclimatic modeling) in reconstructing industrial heritage. Model approaches to forming sustainable and functionally efficient facilities adapted to the Ukrainian climatic context are proposed.
