Beyond Decimal: Exploring Base-12 and Multi-Base Numeric Systems in Noetic Science and AI Consciousness Modeling

This paper explores the mathematical, scientific, and conceptual shift from tra-ditional decimal (base-10) systems to duodecimal (base-12) and multi-base numericframeworks.
