Conflict Evolution and Strategic Decision-Making: 2T2M as a Predictive Tool
Case Study: June 12-Day Iran–Israel War Abstract Middle Eastern conflicts are shaped by the interplay of historical legacies, immediate triggers, and future-oriented strategies. The Triple Time Track Multi-Layer Multiple Round (2T2M) framework, a sub-framework of Ownviewism, provides a structured method to analyze these temporal and layered dynamics. Using the June 12-day Iran–Israel War as a case study, this paper demonstrates how 2T2M enables policymakers, analysts, and diplomats to anticipate escalation, understand conflict evolution, and design proactive interventions that reduce risks and foster adaptive governance
