Analisis,Tantangan,Etika,Trend Masa Depan dan Strategi Pengelolaan Dana Ziswaf di Lembaga Masjid Kapal Munzalan

This study aims to examine the strategies, challenges, and ethics in professional, transparent, and accountable management of ZISWAF (Ziswaf) in the community. The Kapal Munzalan Mosque is known not only for its unique architecture but also as a model for community empowerment through various social, educational, and economic programs. ZISWAF funds are collected through various channels, including social media, the Rice Infaq Movement (GIB), bank transfers, and donation boxes, and then distributed for both consumer and productive programs. Fund management is carried out based on the principles of transparency and regular reporting, utilizing digital technology to increase public trust and participation. This study also highlights the government's role in regulation and oversight, as well as future trends in ZISWAF management that are increasingly digital, productive, and relevant to the younger generation. The study's results indicate that the Kapal Munzalan Mosque is a successful example of a ZISWAF institution capable of having a broad impact and serving as an inspiration for the management of social and religious funds in Indonesia.
