[Concept Sketch] Universal Time Relaxation - Multi-Scale Empirical Validations of Pure Time Theory [Concept Sketch]

We present three new falsifiable validations of Pure Time Theory (PTT) across multiple astronomical scales: Asteroid trajectory deviations exhibit an exponential decay with a characteristic relaxation time of T_relax = 634.41 ± 24.3 days, consistent with PTT’s time fluctuation framework. Pulsar timing residuals reveal 175-day periodicities (p < 0.001), in agreement with PTT’s predicted temporal oscillations. Nanohertz gravitational wave spectra from NANOGrav exhibit fluctuations in line with PTT's spacetime dynamics (ΔA_GW < 0.5σ). Using Bayesian parameter estimation applied to NASA/IPTA/NANOGrav datasets, we derive a unified scaling law governing time relaxation: T_relax,obs = T_relax,ref × (1 - ρ_obs / ρ_crit)^(1/β) These findings reinforce PTT as a predictive framework, bridging solar system dynamics, pulsar astrophysics, and cosmology.
