Using Artificial Intelligence to Assess Cross-Species Transmission Potential of Influenza A Virus
FluAdaX is a deep learning framework designed to quantify host adaptation patterns in Influenza A Virus (IAV) using nucleotide sequences. The nucleotide sequences used for model generation and evaluation are available from the GISAID EpiFlu Database (https://gisaid.org/). Here, we provide the accession numbers for the data used in FluAdaX. The resources of FluAdaX, including: the training, validation, and test sets of FluAdaX; zoonotic dataset of FluAdaX.
