Dataset for Sensitivity analysis of the oceanographic drivers on the gas hydrate thickness variability in response to the Last Glacial Maximum

This dataset contains all input data, processed data, and results used in the study titled "Sensitivity analysis of the oceanographic drivers on the gas hydrate thickness variability in response to the Last Glacial Maximum - The European continental margins as a study case" (León et al., 2025). The data include oceanographic variables (temperature, salinity, pressure), calculated methane gas hydrate stability fields under various salinity scenarios, and sensitivity analysis outputs assessing the impact of environmental changes on the Gas Hydrate Stability Zone (GHSZ) thickness. The dataset is intended to support full reproducibility of the results presented in the manuscript and to facilitate further research in marine gas hydrate modeling and related oceanographic studies. Files included: · DTM..rar. Digital models of temperature and bathymetry · Hydrate_Stability_Functions.rar. calculated methane gas hydrate stability fields under various salinity scenarios. · SensitivityAnal.rar. sensitivity analysis outputs assessing the impact of environmental changes on the GHSZ thickness. Scripts and models used to generate results
