INTEGRATION OF THE FOIL METHODOLOGY INTO ADMINISTRATION
This study investigates the integration of the Interdisciplinary Leadership Ontopsychological Training Methodology (FOIL) into Administration, focusing on the recruitment and selection process of people in pharmaceutical companies located in the city of Agudo/RS. This is a qualitative and descriptive research, whose objective is to understand how the application of the FOIL methodology can enhance the recognition of intuition and promote rationality in human resources decision-making processes. The data collection procedure was carried out through semi-structured interviews with leaders of two pharmaceutical companies in the city, one of which applies the FOIL methodology and the other which does not. The interviews were recorded, transcribed and analyzed based on the Thematic Analysis technique, with the support of an analytical framework that grouped the data into themes, cores of meaning and fragments of speech. The results indicate that the application of the FOIL methodology contributes to a greater perception of nonverbal communication and to the valorization of intuition at the time of recruitment and selection, generating greater assertiveness in hiring. It was also identified that the organizational culture and career planning are strongly impacted by this methodology, which contributes to a more humanized and effective management. It is concluded that FOIL can be a complementary tool of great value for the Human Resources area, since it provides managers with additional elements of subjective and objective analysis in decision-making, promoting greater coherence between the candidate's profile and the organizational objectives.
