Axonal injury is a targetable driver of glioblastoma progression
Axonal injury is a targetable driver of glioblastoma progression This resource provides the R code to reproduce key results described in Clements, Tang, Baronik, Simpson Ragdale et al. "Axonal injury is a targetable driver of glioblastoma progression". Contents: R codes for reproducing Fig2 and FigS2; Raw H&E images for 10X visium ST data (RAW H&E.zip). A quick demo For example, executing `~/Axonal-Injury/R_Figure2/Fig_2b.R` will reproduce Figure 2b from the paper. Expected output and runtime The output are reproduced figures from main figure 2 and supplementary figure 2. Expected runtime is less than 15 minutes for each figure. Getting started 1. Load all R code/RData from ./utils;2. ./RData contains RData files needed for reproducing corresponding figures from the paper;3. ./R_Figure2 contains code for reproducing main figure 2;4. ./R_SUPFIG2 contains code for reproducing supplementary figure 2;5. Please modify the path in the R code where there is needed. Approximate installation time of the above R packages The installation time of the above R packages may take around 3-5 hours.
