Medical Consultation and Strategic Management: An Analytical Approach for Healthcare Decision-Making

Abstract: A new paradigm for comprehending the strategic interactions between patients and healthcare practitioners is offered by the use of game theory to medical consulting. With an emphasis on patient-provider dynamics, diagnostic decision-making, and treatment compliance, this study investigates the application of game theory to medical decision-making. We hypothesize that by encouraging more effective decision-making, game theory can greatly improve the caliber of medical consultations. We use hypothesis testing to explore this hypothesis by conducting a number of statistical analyses on fictitious medical scenarios to see if game-theoretic models are more accurate at predicting outcomes than conventional consultation techniques. The findings provide insightful information on the possible advantages and drawbacks of using game theory in medical practice. Keywords: Game Theory, Medical Consultation, Decision-Making, Game-Theoretic Models
