Fisuras Teóricas y Resonancias Clínicas: Un Modelo Fractal para el Análisis Metaterapéutico
This article introduces a fractal model of metatherapeutic analysis to examine the coherence between clinical interventions and the theoretical frameworks declared by therapists from different orientations. Through the analysis of a shared clinical scene involving three therapists (behavioral, systemic, and psychodynamic), the study identifies three styles of epistemic decoupling that do not reflect technical errors but rather unique symbolic trajectories. Three-dimensional visualizations are used to represent these shifts, supported by metatherapeutic models (TLC, CPE, MDCP) derived from the Theory of Fractal Subjectivity. The discussion links these tools with the concept of clinical transintelligence, defined as a shared symbolic reading space between human and artificial intelligence, without reducing clinical singularity. The proposed model enables the visualization of automatisms, resonances, and clinical paradoxes that exceed declared theories and open new paths for psychodynamic interpretation and intervention.
