Meritocratic Prize Distribution via Nash-Antifragile Mechanism

This repository contains the theoretical paper and practical spreadsheet implementation for the Nash-Antifragile Prize Distribution Mechanism. The mechanism combines game theory and antifragility to allocate a fixed prize pool among eligible participants in a transparent, fair, and manipulation-resistant way. Rewards are distributed proportionally among individuals who exceed a performance threshold, reinforcing meritocracy and benefiting from performance volatility. The Excel file implements the full model, allowing customization of weights, thresholds, and scores.
